Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Waking up to a very cold house, I chose KC Air Doc, LLC because of their reviews. I called them at 7 am and left a message. My call was returned before 7:30 and they were at my house by 8:00. Simply amazing!

“Shelby came on time, was very professional and very customer-service oriented.  I had taken the doors off of the furnace and because I did, he was unable to read the codes.  He found several minor issues to be addressed in the future and gave me quotes for the costs.  He ran system checks - flame-sensor, pressure switch, inspected inside of the furnace, cleared flue, checked thermostat, restarted the furnace 3 times while explaining what he was doing, why, and what he found.  Afterward, the furnace is producing heat.  He was finished within an hour or maybe a little more.”
